Currently in the entitlement phase, Sunnyside at Howell is a mixed-use development comprised of 220 luxury garden apartments and 3 acres of retail space.

The 30-acre site will include a clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor pool, and tennis courts. While the apartment interiors will offer a host of amenities such as granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. Construction is anticipated to commence in spring of 2011
