AST represented Bear Stearns and Company, a major investment-banking firm, as development consultant and turnkey design-builder for this four building, 600,000 square foot project. Responsibilities included financial analysis, land-use and regulatory approvals, design, engineering, and construction implementation for the site, which included the firm’s worldwide data and information center.
Sterling Parc | Location: Whippany, New JerseyThis luxury apartment development includes 316 rental apartments and a community clubhouse with a swimming pool. The project consisted of 21 separate buildings on 18 acres in an upscale Northern New Jersey community.
